The book is based on extensive study on debt and liquidity position of Indian corporate sector. The study focuses on the determinants of debt capital in Indian corporate sector. It also provides the details of preference of debt capital of Indian companies in sector wise, determinants of debt maturity, the relationship between growth and long-term debt.
