Balloon in A Box: Coping with Grief by author Thomas L. Rose is the story of his grief journey, or as he calls it, his "love journey," after his wife died from breast cancer in August of 2019. Men do not always express their feelings, but Tom has truly put on paper - sharing his feelings for all of us - his deepest feelings of loss.
