Migrants, Asylum Seekers, and Refugees

This book is a call for solidarity, to stand with all people facing the many challenges of forced migration. Based on a qualitative methodology, sources within the book are taken from a European setting, focusing on African migrants, with special attention to the Nigerian community. The response of the Catholic Church to problems caused by migrations is analyzed and discussed with reference to Sollicitudo Rei Socialis, which presents the required alertness and stimuli actions to be taken by all.
